Getting married in Michigan's Upper Peninsula has never been sweeter...
Kicking off my 2024 season,
Today's wedding, my first wedding of the year, brought us not far from home over to Snowville Farms in Champion, Michigan. The big gray barn, complete with an upstairs bridal suite with spectacular views and pine trees swaying gently in the breeze; it was my first time here and what a treat!
Today's couple has had their wedding planned out long in advance and today their beautiful day arrived and I woke up this morning ready to jump in my car with Scott and hit the road. From their awesome Presque Isle Engagement session to today, they have been the sweetest couple and photographing them has been so special.

In Closing...
Its always bittersweet as I quickly sneak in and say my goodbyes to the bride and family at the end of the night. So much planning and prep goes into planning a wedding, even from the photography side, that its almost like saying goodbye to family.
Honestly, I feel like I'm part of the family by the end of the night at most weddings. This was one of them.
