What a dream come true........
Today's post is a little off the beaten path of what I normally write about: weddings, portrait sessions..........you know the drill.
My husband Scott+I have been married for almost 7 years now and our last non work related trip was our honeymoon in 2016.
So, yeah, long overdue for us to do something fun.
Scott had an opportunity to attend a Bible-based conference in Georgetown, TX and it was like all the pieces of the planning fell together and the trip was just incredible. Almost perfect, with the exception of the Fort Worth/Dallas traffic.

I got to meet and hang out with my puppy cousin Hank, the Corgi and oh my what a cutie pie. (don't' tell my dog but I think we need to get her a sibling puppy lol)

Can't head to Texas without stopping at the Silos!!! My aunt took us on a wonderful tour of the grounds and town of Waco and so many precious memories were made.

On our second to the last day in Texas, my aunt, her sister and my cousin and I went to Homestead Heritige, a little community outside of Waco. Home to an incredible resturant and mini stores of goods produced on the property it is an incredible experience!

Ended the day with a trip to Peachwave -Waco!
In closing...
Texas was an incredible experience and we hope to make another trip back in 2024!
