What does the booking process look like?
STEP 01
Fill out the contact form
This is where the magic happens. Fill out the form, it lands in my inbox and I do a happy dance.
Seriously. I am so happy we are connecting!
If I have your date available, I will send you my client inquiry questionnaire. Its a super brief form that goes into a more nitty gritty process to give me a vision of your session needs so I can get you the best package info and get my guides over to you.
And in the unfortunate event that I do not have your date open, I can send over some vendor recommendations for you that I 100% trust.
STEP 02
Call or meet up
If I have the date open and you have filled out the questionnaire, I give you my pricing and package guides as well as the option to set up a meet+greet video call through Google Meets. You can select your meeting time through my Calendly link.
I love hopping on calls and meeting my brides and grooms. Your wedding photographer and videographer is going to be with you for 95% of your wedding day events and its imperative that we are going to be the best fit.
STEP 03
Let's get booked
If you love what you see and what to move forward, I will email you my Client Onboarding Form. Once complete, I will send you the contract and place your wedding date on a 3 day hold while you review and if all looks good, e-sign. During this time your wedding date is placed on a 3 day hold from other potential inquiries.
After the contract is e-signed, I send you the retainer link. All wedding packages including the portrait collections, do require a 30% non refundable retainer to lock in your date. (Don't worry, that cost gets applied towards the total cost of the package! )
The remaining balance for weddings is not due until 14 days before your wedding date. For portrait packages, the remaining balance is due the day before the session.

Once the retainer is showing processing on our end, let's celebrate!
