I totally want to chat with you! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but it does not have to be. As a wedding photographer, my goal is to make you feel amazing behind the camera, no matter if you are an experienced model or this might be your first time EVER getting professional photos done. A lot of couples tell me they are afraid of feeling awkward during their session, but believe me, within the first few minutes I have you feeling at ease. My workflow is smooth, paying attention to the timelines, and also FUN.
My posing and directing, communication, editing and delivery process is smooth and I keep in touch with you throughout the entire process from the moment you reach out, to the second you book, throughout the months leading up to your big day, and my gallery delivery times are fast, without a compromise of quality. Your wedding day is important to me, actually so important that it honestly breaks my heart to have to leave at the end of the night because #1 I've had such a great time and #2 I feel like my couples are my new family.

What does the booking process look like?
If you are interested in booking/learning more, please use the contact form on this site or email otterriverimages@gmail.com. Specify what kind of coverage your are looking for (portraits/weddings), names, contact info and how many hours of coverage and location of the wedding if possible. If I have the date available this is usually how the booking process goes:
-I send out a client onboarding form and meet+greet call invite (optional)
-Create a contract/send to client for easy e-sign
-Send out 30% retainer payment link
and viola-booked!
As your day gets closer, I will send out a wedding day timeline questionnaire that I have my clients fill out so I can send them their free timeline guide to help the days events flow seamlessly.
For weddings payment in full is due as specified in the contract. Same guidelines apply to portrait sessions as well.
Payments?
We take cash, checks and online credit card payments. For the portrait packages, payment in full is due the day of the photoshoot, so you can pay in-person or request that the invoice be emailed to you for processing. A 30% non-refundable retainer is now required for portrait sessions to secure your date upon booking.
For weddings, we now require a 30% non-refundable retainer to secure your event date once you have signed the photography contract. The remaining balance is due by the date indicated on the contract. I do offer the option for payment plans if that is something you are needing, with payment in full being required by the due date indicated in the contract.
